Mission Statement
The Lithia Springs Phillies Baseball Club aspires to be an outstanding educational-athletic organization that provides a high-quality experience where every athlete:
- Is treated with respect
- Has the opportunity to participate in athletics at the highest level regardless of race, class or economic status
- Learns the value in working hard and setting goals
- Feels like an important part of the team regardless of performance
- Learns “life lessons” they can apply beyond the playing field
- Learns the skills, strategies and tactics necessary to improve as a player
LSPBC provides young athletes opportunities and exposure to compete at the highest levels in youth baseball. Using the game of baseball, we encourage discipline, self-esteem, physical fitness, teamwork, sportsmanship, honesty and integrity. We offer a safe environment filled with trained and experienced leaders. We are committed to creating a culture in which coaches, parents and all key members work together to achieve our mission.
